Privacy Policy:

• When the service provider arrives, the client should show them the Lucknow Xpress app to verify their immunization status and/or safety. If the Lucknow Xpress app is not presented or if the situation is risky, cancellation fees in the amount of 100% of the visit's total cost will be charged.
• Our agreement that visits cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the visit start time will incur cancellation fees equal to 100% of the full visit amount.
• Your consent to pay the entire visit price if the client does not show up after the service provider waits for 10 minutes of arrival.
• Please note that upon arrival of our disinfecting team, you may be asked to modify your booking at an extra cost – should your home turn out to be larger than the size you chose upon booking. Otherwise, you will be charged the amount of the visit and we will not provide the service.
• Order refers to the reservation procedure through which you consent to purchase any Service. Through one of the Services-interfaces, orders are fulfilled.
• The term "services" refers to a variety of services, such as hiring a housekeeper or an Electrician.
• Sanitization Services refers to the hiring of our Sanitization and Disinfection team to perform sanitizing and disinfecting tasks.
• Purchasing beauty services from our Beauty Services team is referred to as purchasing beauty services.
• The acquisition of maintenance services from our maintenance service team is referred to as maintenance services.

Acceptance:

By accessing and using the Services, you accept these Terms, which bind you and Lucknow Xpress and establish a legal relationship between the two of you. The parties' relationship is governed by these Terms & Conditions, which supersede all earlier agreements (whether written or oral) and other communications.

Payment and Cancellation:

Your reservation will only be regarded as secure once we have received payment in full for all one-time reservations, ongoing reservations, and package reservations. By signing below, the Client authorizes Lucknow Xpress to charge the credit card listed on the Client's profile. Although we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of all card information and other personal information, we expressly disclaim all liability for any damage that may result should such information be leaked to any third parties. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any damage that results from this. You are accountable for paying any transaction taxes associated with the supplied Service(s).

If a visit is canceled less than 24 hours before it is due to begin, the whole cost of the visit, including taxes, will be charged as cancellation fees. If a visit is postponed more than 24 hours before the intended start time, no cancellation costs will be charged.

Rescheduling

You must reschedule your visit no later than 24 hours before the original appointment or pay a charge. Rearranging is cost-free up to 24 hours before the visit's start time the condition to reschedule is to pay in advance.

Theft:

We always advise our clients to take normal procedures and precautions against any theft or damage as Lucknow Xpress’s responsibility will be limited to our own compensation guidelines for any approved cased and Lucknow Xpress will not be held responsible in any way.

Dealing with Worker
Any Violation of Human Rights, Personal Agenda against any Employee, Harmful Physical or Verbal Behavior, Miss-Treatment, Enforcing Extra Hours, and any sort of Threats will not be tolerated and will end in result of Termination of the contract with full payment of the contract

Delivery

Time is important when it comes to "service" delivery and performance. By completing the reservation, you agree to the "arrival time zone" one hour before or one and a half hours after the start of your visit to start the cleaning service. 1 hour before the start of the visit. The duration of the visit begins with the arrival of the service provider. When we arrive at your address, a call will be started to inform you of our arrival. If you do not respond within 10 minutes, your visit will be considered canceled, and a cancellation fee will apply. For information on cancellation charges, kindly refer to the “Cancellation” section.

Serving Family Homes

Lucknow Xpress understands the concerns and privacy of every house that’s why it allows you to choose the cleaner gender according to your need. If your request for a female cleaner to perform a service, you agree that an adult female (older than 18 years) will be present throughout the Housekeeping Services phase from start till end and to receive the Service Provider for Babysitting Services. An adult male cannot be alone at home with the Service Provider. In case, no female is present at the house, cancellation charges will apply. For information on cancellation charges, kindly refer to the “Cancellation”

Wrong Address

If you book a visit on a wrong address (created a wrong address, booked on a wrong location), and the Service is delivered to that location, the visit will be considered executed and you will be charged the full visit amount.

Damage

In case of damage to the Client’s belonging, the Client can ask to contact Lucknow Xpress customer support via chat or call within 12 hours of occurrence with a poof of damage to investigate the issue. In the unfortunate case of damage, Lucknow Xpress will compensate the Client with the equivalent visit amount up to a 4-hour visit price. Lucknow Xpress is not held liable for any damage.

Credit Back

In case of prepaid packages cancellations, the remaining visits amount will be credited back to your Lucknow Xpress wallet to be redeemed later. Refunds will be made through the Original Mode of Payment.

Termination by Lucknow Xpress

Lucknow Xpress may terminate this Agreement or suspend you from using Lucknow Xpress at any time if you might have been engaging in inappropriate and/or offensive behavior. Except in the event that we terminate or suspend your right to use Lucknow Xpress due to any prohibited conduct, we will refund in full any payments for Services that have not been performed or completed. You are forbidden from registering and setting up a new account in the name of any third person, even if you could be acting on their behalf, even if we terminate or suspend your account for any reason. Adding to termination or Blocking your account, Lucknow Xpress has the rights to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

Additional Charges

In case of additional spare parts requirements or additional Services during Maintenance Services, you will be asked to confirm an Add-On option in your order.

Specialized Skills

The Service Providers will only perform tasks that are related to their skillset. A cleaning worker will not babysit a child and a babysitter will not do cleaning chores. The Babysitting Services is only provided at home, the babysitter will not go outside of the house with the family.

VIOLATION OF TERMS OF USE:

You understand and agree that if Lucknow Xpress determines, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, that any information you give has violated or is inconsistent with these Terms of Use, has violated the rights of COMPANY or any third party, or has broken the law, Lucknow Xpress may use any alternative remedy available and terminate your access to the Site. You agree that monetary damages might not be enough of a remedy in the event that these Terms of Use are breached, and that Lucknow Xpress may be entitled to injunctive or other equitable measures instead. Lucknow Xpress may provide user data about you if ordered to do so by law or a demand.
